A onetime move in fee of $10 is collected when you execute your lease. We may require a second month's rent be paid in full in order for you to receive any published discount offered on your first month's rent. Promotion and rental rates vary and may be changed with little or no notice. Current tenants are not required to pay the fee when transferring or upgrading units (or to rent additional units).
Under the terms of the lease, yes we require renters insurance. This can be purchased separately on your own, or you may purchase insurance through our office. Also providing proof of coverage from your homeowners or renters policy will satisfy this requirement.

Our office staff sends out monthly invoices to the address you provide. You can pay in person, by phone or mail a check. You can also sign up to have payments automatically withdrawn from your debit or credit card. We are currently working on payment through our website and will notify everyone once the system is available.

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, biological contaminants and perishables. No food (canned is okay), pet food, bird seed, grass seed, soil, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
We provide a free disc lock at check in, but you provide your own.
As a courtesy, we ask that you give 10 days written notice which we are happy to receive via email or in person. You always have until the last day of your paid through month to move out. Move out months are NOT prorated.
